Pet Policy

  • Our association’s rules and regulations require unit owners to request written approval to keep pets/animals.  This is required for insurance liability purposes. The Association’s insurance policy requires residents with pets/animals to maintain an individual homeowner’s insurance policy at their own expense
  • Dogs must be leashed while on Stonegate property
  • The Board will refer unleashed dogs to the Town’s Animal Control Officer
