- Trim all bushes in the front
- Fertilize and mow your yard regularly
- Any dead patch of the lawn is repaired
- Ensure the gutters are cleaned
- All window screens are fixed (or all removed )
- All the window grids are in place
- The shutters are in place and any broken shutters are replaced
- Follow the Town water use guidelines
- Any fall leaves are cleaned up
